I said that I wasn't going to do another progress report until the 6-week mark but I lied. Today was my weekly weigh-in and I've lost another 1/2 lb. (hoped for more and this is why I hate scales) for a total loss of maybe 3 pounds in 3 weeks, but as I said, I didn't weigh myself at the start so it might be a little more... or less. My jeans feel looser, but I'm not rushing out to buy smaller ones just yet. At this rate, if I lose a pound or so a week, it'll take 8 more weeks to get down to my hypothetical goal of 160. In the meantime I'll picture what a pound of butter looks like for each pound lost...
